Noel has officially laid his paintbrush down after completing his repaint of Lindsay Wagner. Wagner was and remains an ICON and IDOL of the seventies hit series THE BIONIC WOMAN which also garnered her an EMMY AWARD for best actress. Lindsay has gone on to other movies, Television appearances but her heart lies in her work for Quieting the Mind and Opening the Heart. Cruz has been an ardent and loyal fan since he was a young boy.
