Noel Cruz's tributes to Whitney Houston personifies his ability to capture the essence of an artist. With the passing of Whitney, "THE VOICE" many artists rushed to paint a tribute of the songstress that have fallen short of her likeness. This tribute doesn't fall short. A true fan of Whitney's, like many of her fans, Noel embraces the talent that was Whitney and will remain. It is with great compassion and true admiration that Noel has released this latest tribute to the premiere artist of song, Whitney Houston.
